The room was extremely large with big comfortable bed

Close to Het Loo palace, food was good, nice pool.

The food was good, the staff was nice and friendly. The room was spacious. The inside pool was great.

The cleaning of the room was not up to standard. There were candy packaging in the floor behind a bed, the pillows are not super comfortable and there were hairs in some of the bedsheets.

very good place where to spend nights when traveling

the staff was very friendly and welcoming, room was good and food also.

some parts of the room were dusty, the lighting could be better in room because it felt kind of dark in evenings with all of the lights on.

Good overall but noisy

Good location with very friendly and helpful staff plus a nice breakfast with a good assortment of food. The rooms were basic but nice and the bathroom was modern and well maintained. I really liked the big fluffy towels.

The floor of our room wasn't mopped and someone had spilled something so it was sticky, I cleaned it up myself. The thing that bothered me the most was how I could hear everything from the hallway at night, I could every word people were saying with the door closed and locked and when some people came in late and partied in the room above us we couldn't sleep from all the noise, we called reception and they sorted stuff out but the rooms are definitely not sound proof in the least unfortunately.

We had a lovely stay, it was comfortable and charming

Comfortable large rooms, lovely ambience, warm in the middle of winter. Very easy access to bus stop/ into town and train. Perfect to walk across to the Palace and for access to the Palace cafe .

Breakfast had one option, which was a buffet and it was very expensive, so we only had it one day of the week. As a small eater this felt very limiting . The shower was good, but drained poorly. The cleaning staff forgot things like towels and toilet paper and the quality of the cleaning could be inconsistent from very good to less than average.

very quiet, spacious and comfortable room, bed amazing

Very Good

the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a large bed that was extremely comfortable.

The location isn’t amazing. It would be useful to hire bikes to get around Apeldoorn but I would not recommend renting bikes from the hotel. 15 EURO per person per day for bike rental!!! That is ridiculous.

I would choose the hotel for the bed once again.

We loved the amazing extra large bed and the free parking !

Check in staff was kind, but it wouldn’t have bothered us to be more willing to help. Due to covid restrictions we couldn’t eat in the restaurant so we ordered online from 3 food shops, paid in advance, but the front office staff could just take our orders and wait till all 3 were received and only after to call us to pick them up. We had to come downstairs 3 times, because again, covid restrictions wouldn’t allow us to make use of the bar area.

The room is so big and with a nice view. The localization is perfect which is close to the forest and bus station, you can easily choose to go to the center or Het Loo Palace.
